Liz has over 10 years of research and development experience, spending the majority of her career in the semiconductor industry. With a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University, her scientific background is a blend of Polymer Chemistry and Material Science / Engineering. Her work in the semiconductor industry focused on research, development, integration and ramp of advanced microelectronics packaging materials, both as an Engineering Area Manager and a Program Manager. She focused on next generation 3D stacking technologies, hybrid bonding, and wafer level assembly. Her work also included significant Supplier/Vendor Management (commodities at $100M+) and Strategic Technology Roadmap Definition, including PFAS-free Materials / Green Chemistry. Liz has 22 peer-reviewed publications, 4 patents (additional 8 published patent applications), 2 peer-reviewed book chapters, 1 industry association whitepaper, 20+ conference presentations, and multiple prestigious awards/honors.
